Vintage Trench and sweater, Madewell Jeans, Nine West Espadrilles, Kate Spade ‘Cedar Street’ Crossbody Bag
I love you guys so much, that I decided to share these slightly grainy iPhone pics from my phone. I wore this outfit over the weekend. I wanted to wear a trench coat and only had this extremely old one in my closet from years ago that was already archaic when I initially bought it. I have been wanting a new trench for quite some time now (they’re such classics), but I just haven’t gotten around to making that purchase. I wasn’t impressed anymore with this trench, so I decided to cut the sleeves off to change it into a sleeveless duster vest. It was cool for the weekend, but I actually tossed it because the smell wasn’t pleasant – not one bit. It’s just time for some new new in my life. I’m publishing this outfit post to honor this vintage trench which was once highly loved when I found it in NY. I even faked some polaroid images to forsake it’s ashes and keep it in good memory..lol. So, I’m sending my RIP to her and making room for a new baby. Stay tuned my loves.
Speaking of vintage, I finally finished the last segment of season 7 for Mad Men. My all time favorite show. I got so much inspiration from the last season in terms of fashion and also advertising. Peggy was slaying with her outfits, and I just couldn’t take it. Now it’s time for a new obsession, so I’m considering House of Cards. I’m sure it will be a treat.
