Studies show that more than half of Americans agree that the day after Sunday is dreadful and to no surprise, Tuesday comes in second place. Mondays are not so lit, but hear me out – it can be. Well it can be BETTER. What is it that makes us feel annoyed, unenthused, and/or sluggish after the weekend? The thought of going back to work, facing our bosses, our unfinished work, tons of emails or maybe even gossiping co-workers are most of our agonizing feelings. It’s time we try to shift our energy when it is most needed. Chakras are energy centers that dwell within our subtle body or aura.
