Over the weekend, I woke up to a serious craving of tacos. Scratch that…I had this huge appetite for tacos for some days now, but since it was early morning, I guess it was only right to have breakfast tacos. It’s a recipe I had been interested in trying, so I took my butt to the grocery store and shopped for all the necessary ingredients. Check out what I used to make these delicious ground chicken and eggs tacos.
Cook meat and drain. Set aside. Whip eggs, season, add butter to pan, and then pour in. Let cook for about 10-15 seconds and then add in desired meat. Cook all together and then once done, sprinkle cheese on top. Add toppings (tomatoes, onions, sour cream, chives, etc) and ENJOY.
These were very good, but the only thing missing was some Sriracha sauce. But heyyyy, there is always a next time, right?
P.S. I had to take these photos with my camera phone because something was wrong with my memory card. sad face. I think the iPhone photos came out pretty decent though.
