4 Spring Trends: From Day to Night

Billowy Blouse – Rebecca Taylor Long Sleeve Lurex Clip Top (Cheaper style here)

Day: Go for dark denim structured shorts to keep it cute and comfy. (image via)

Night: A pair of killer trousers with either a wide leg or semi-loose fit with some strappy heels will be darling for a night to with some girlfriends. (image via)

Here are four trends I’m currently coveting that surely works for day and night. If you don’t believe me, just watch these collages with real life women wear them. I love to take a staple piece from day to night to avoid any completely changed outfits that would probably add more unnecessary used time and energy to my day. A quick change of the shoe, a swipe of red lipstick or a statement jacket usually does the trick. So here are some tips to keep your day and outfits moving in the right direction. The Gingham DressJ.Crew Gingham Sundress (Cheaper versions here, here, and here)

Day: Keep it no fuss casual with pointed flats to maintain the lady like vibes and throw on some oversized cat-framed shades to pull the look together. (image via)

Night: Tough up a rather retro yet prissy dress with a silver accented leather moto jacket and studded pumps for an edgy glam look. (image via)

Patchwork Jacket – MANGO Medium denim jacket

Day: Kick back in some rugged boots with either a sundress or cut off shorts for a cool breeze day time look. (image via)

Night: To offset such a masculine and playful trend, try a flouncy, asymmetrical LBD that oozes flirty and pair it with a sleek pair of black pumps. (image via)

Frayed cropped denim – 7 For all Mankind Crop Boot (Cheaper versions here and here)

Day: Go le chic and Parisian style with a boatneck striped cotton shirt and crossover sandals with little to no heel. (image via)

Night: What is it about a minimal look that is effortlessly panache? A top not, slinky deep v camisole, and barely there sandals makes this night time look work for a pair of unfinished hemmed denim jeans. (image via)
